Curriculum Focused on Evidence-Based Change Management

  • Develop expertise in change management, organizational leadership, and evidence-based design.
  • Build skills in communication, ethical practice, cultural competence, project management, and systems thinking.
  • Receive practical training to tackle challenges in corporate, government, education, and non-profit sectors.

Accelerated Learning Experience

  • Complete the full-time program in 10-12 months, starting in September and graduating by June.
  • Option for Northwestern undergraduates to start earlier through the combined bachelor’s-MOD pathway.
  • Attend classes designed for flexibility, with most in-person class meetings on Northwestern's Evanston campus and a few remote course options available.

Designed for Recent College Graduates

  • College graduates with less than two years of full-time work experience are eligible to apply to this program.
  • Prepares students for human-centered roles in HR, organizational development, and change management.
  • Those with more than two years of work experience may consider the MSLOC program.
