Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certificate (OLCC)

Leading AI-Powered Organizational Change Certificate
A certificate that helps students hone their leadership skills by learning how to integrate human-centered design with AI and developing technologies.
Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate (DOEC)
This organizational change and design graduate certificate equips you with the tools, frameworks, and skills to become an innovator proficient in applying design methods to talent and organizational development challenges.

Leading Equity and Inclusion in Organizations Certificate (LEIOC)

Executive Learning and Organizational Change (ELOC)

Programs Requiring Less Than Two Years of Experience

Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MOD)
The MOD program is a full-time, one-year master’s degree focused on developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills for driving organizational change. It equips you to engage with diverse perspectives and guide transformative workplace change across sectors. Only needs 1 Year of Experience.

Organizational Dynamics Certificate
Students admitted to the MOD program will have the option to earn a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Dynamics by completing a four-course sequence and the associated co-curricular elements. This certificate provides an alternative to completing the MOD degree for students who cannot complete the full degree within one year.
Undergraduate Offerings

Combined Bachelor’s-MOD Degree
The MOD Program allows Northwestern undergraduates to pursue a bachelor’s degree (BSED, BS, or BA) and master’s degree (MOD) simultaneously through our combined (BX-MOD) pathway, shortening the time required to earn a master’s degree.
